• Wir Ballerin*s verstehen uns als ein Kollektiv von Frauen, Lesben, Inter, Trans und Agender-Personen, die sich zusammengefunden haben, um außerhalb jeglicher Vereinsstrukturen zusammen Fußball zu spielen.
• Die kollektive sportliche Tätigkeit ist für uns zugleich Quintessenz und kleinster gemeinsamer Nenner: Es geht uns um den Spaß am Spiel, einen fairen und respektvollen Umgang miteinander, während wir jedwede Art von Leistungsprinzip außen vor lassen.
• Als Menschen unterschiedlichen Alters und verschiedener Herkunft setzen wir ein bewusstes Zeichen für Respekt und gegen herrschende Körpernormen und deklarieren das Kicken an öffentlichen Orten als die Eroberung und Nutzung von Räumen, die insbesondere Frauen* und Mädchen* meist verwehrt bleiben: Dass Fußball nicht männlich ist, muss sichtbar gemacht werden!
• Unsere Organisation basiert auf Selbstbestimmung und nicht auf Hierarchien, die Vernetzung und Solidarität mit anderen feministischen und antisexistischen Projekten und Kollektiven ist uns ein wichtiges Anliegen und auch notwendig, um mit unserer Botschaft eine größere Öffentlichkeit zu erreichen.
• Unser Ehrgeiz im Spiel besteht darin, schön, d.h. als Team miteinander zu spielen und nicht darin, als Individuen Trophäen einzuheimsen.
• Fußball ist unser Hobby und verbindendes Element, der Rahmen unkommerziell und ungezwungen.
• Die Ballerin*s sind offen für alle Frauen, Lesben, Inter, Trans und Agender-Personen, die mit diesem Bewusstsein Fußball spielen wollen und glauben daran, dass Fußball irgendwann das sein kann, was es sein sollte: Viele Menschen laufen einem Ball hinterher und haben sichtlich Spaß daran. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger.
• Bis es soweit ist, kicken wir für die Abschaffung jedweder Diskriminierung.
• Frauen, Lesben, Inter, Trans, Agender oder wer auch immer ihr seid: greift zu den Bällen und schließt Euch uns an!

MANIFESTO of the BALLERIN*S
for the EMANCIPATION of WLINTA*’s FOOTBALL

• We, the Ballerin*s, define ourselves as a group of women, lesbians, inter, trans and agender persons who have come together to play football also outside of any club structure.
• Playing football together is at the heart of what we do: our priority is to have fun as we play, while being fair to one another and showing mutual respect. Achievements or “success” are not our primary goal.
• We are a group made up of people of different ages and origins. We stand for respect and the rejection of body norms. For us, playing football in public places is the occupation and use of spaces to which women* and girls* are all too often denied access. Football is not a purely male domain, and this fact needs to be given visibility.
• Our organisation is based on self-determination and not hierarchy. Supporting and maintaining links with other feminist and anti-sexism projects is a vital part of what we do, and crucial in order to bring our message to a wider audience.
• When we play “the beautiful game”, our ambition is to show a strong team spirit and not to chase after individual glory.
• Football is our hobby and something that binds us together in a non-commercial, unpretentious setting.
• The Ballerin*s are open to all women, lesbians, inter, trans and agender persons who wish to play football in this spirit and who believe that one day, football can become what it is meant to be: people running after a ball and visibly enjoying themselves. Nothing more, nothing less.
• Until this happens, we will kick the ball to strike a blow against discrimination in all its forms.
• Women, lesbians, inter, trans, agender or whoever you may be: grab the ball and join in the game!

pour L’ÉMANCIPATION du FOOTBALL FLINTA*

• Nous, les Ballerin*s, sommes un collectif de femmes, lesbiennes, personnes inter, trans et agenres qui se retrouvent pour jouer ensemble au foot en dehors de toute structure de club.
• Le fait de jouer ensemble est à la fois la quintessence et le plus petit dénominateur commun de notre collectif : il s‘agit avant tout pour nous de se faire plaisir en jouant, dans un esprit sportif et dans le respect des un.e.s et des autres, sans chercher à se distinguer individuellement.
• En tant que personnes d‘âges et d‘origines différents, nous affirmons notre rejet des normes corporelles régissantes et nous déclarons que jouer au foot dans la rue est une manière de conquérir et d’occuper des espaces qui sont souvent refusées aux femmes* : le foot est aussi une affaire de filles*. Regardez-nous!
• Notre organisation se base sur l’autodétermination et non pas sur les hiérarchies. L’interaction et la solidarité avec d’autres projets et collectifs, féministes et antisexistes, nous tiennent à coeur et sont vitales pour toucher un plus large public.
• Notre ambition est de jouer collectif, de faire circuler la balle et non pas de courir après des couronnes de lauriers.
• Le foot est notre loisir, l’élément commun que nous partageons dans un cadre libre et gratuit.
• Les Ballerin*s sont ouvertes à toutes les femmes, lesbiennes, personnes inter, trans ou agenres prêtes à jouer au foot dans cet état d’esprit et qui sont convaincues que le foot sera un jour ce qu‘il devrait être : un groupe de personnes qui courent derrière la balle et y prennent visiblement plaisir. Ni plus, ni moins.
• Et avant d’y arriver, nous taperons dans le ballon pour mettre hors-jeu toutes formes de discriminations.
• Femmes, lesbiennes, personnes inter, trans, agenres, ou qui que vous soyez: emparez-vous du ballon et rejoignez-nous !
